Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including the Psychic Rendering course, are final. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@lokavision.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to restore access, your exclusive remedy is either replacement access or a refund of the price paid, as determined by the Company.
Purchases Through Stan
All purchases are processed through the Stan platform. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. If you have questions about a charge on your account, please contact us first at support@lokavision.com.
