As part of the Lumen Role membership, users receive access to personalized feedback from Loka, the artist and creator of Visionaries. While Loka strives to provide thoughtful and constructive feedback, all feedback and guidance provided is subjective in nature and should be understood as artistic and creative direction rather than professional advice. Visionaries makes no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from implementing Loka's feedback.
Visionaries reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
